Found & Fabulous Boutique Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Found & Fabulous Boutique! 💕 We work hard to get your fabulous finds packed and on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $8.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Standard shipping typically has an estimated carrier transit time of 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Carrier delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided using the contact information entered at checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your package has been accepted.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Found & Fabulous Boutique as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Found & Fabulous Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

If you are having difficulty locating your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the available tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Found & Fabulous Boutique as soon as possible so we can make it right. Please keep the item, original packaging, and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Pickup instructions will be provided directly to the customer.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

United States Shipping Only
At this time, Found & Fabulous Boutique ships within the United States only.
