Found & Fabulous Boutique Return & Refund Policy
We hope you absolutely love your Found & Fabulous finds! 💕 Because we are a small boutique with limited quantities, please review our return policy before purchasing.
Returns & Store Credit
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment for standard returns.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other odors/stains
- Returned within the applicable return period
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Found & Fabulous Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us before returning it. If the issue is confirmed, Found & Fabulous Boutique will make it right and cover applicable return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
Items specifically marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
For hygiene and safety reasons, any intimate items, undergarments, or similar personal-use merchandise may also be designated final sale.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. After the cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled because order processing may have already begun.
Local Pickup Orders
Local pickup purchases follow the same return policy. The 14-day return period begins when the order is marked as picked up.
Exchanges
Because many of our styles are available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. If another size or style is available, we are happy to help. Otherwise, an approved return will be issued as store credit that can be used toward another purchase.
How to Start a Return
Please contact Found & Fabulous Boutique before sending a return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the approved merchandise amount.
